Procurement from small and medium-sized businesses

The Company carries out procurement activities in strict compliance with the requirements of current Russian Federation legislation, including those related to expanding access to procurement for small and medium-sized businesses.

In the Companies of the Group of Companies, whose procurement activities are regulated by the RF Government Resolution No. 1352 of 11.12.2014, Lists of goods, works, and services purchased only from small and medium-sized businesses have been approved.

To classify an organization as a small and medium-sized business entity when participating in procurement procedures of the Group Companies, it is necessary to submit “Information from the Unified Register of Small and Medium-Sized Business Entities” (information in the form of an extract from the Unified Register of Small and Medium-Sized Business Entities located at: https://rmsp.nalog.ru/) received no later than 1 (one) month from the date of submission of documents.

In the absence of information about the Supplier/Participant in the "Unified Register of Small and Medium-Sized Business Entities" - a declaration of compliance of the Supplier/Participant in the procurement with the criteria for classification as a small and medium-sized business entity in the form of an appendix to the RF Government Resolution of 11.12.2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, and services by certain types of legal entities"
