When conducting electronic procurement in the section of Rosneft on the electronic trading platform of TEK-Torg JSC, the Company accepts for consideration applications from participants registered in the section of Rosneft on the trading site of TEK-Torg JSC and signed by a qualified electronic signature.

Participants wishing to take part in Rosneft electronic procurement shall register in advance at the ETP of TEK-Torg JSC in the section of Rosneft and arrange for receipt of the necessary qualified electronic signature and means for its use (specialized software )

Information on the registration procedure in the section of Rosneft at the ETP of TEK-Torg JSC and procedure for obtaining electronic signatures can be found in the section «Electronic Signature» on the ETP main page (website https://www.tektorg.ru/rosneft/).
